As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities:
Establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with customers, leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.
Attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed wayBuild, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating modelDeep and varied experience in SaaS data product management (preferably with retail background) with a focus on value creation for business usersCustomer Focus:
Care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible.
You have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs and build long lasting relationships.
Overall understanding of technologies used in the product and experience working with Data Engineering, Data Scientists and Data ArchitectsMinimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field 8
years of work experience in Project Management, Product Management or Product Ownership, Information Systems, Consulting or related areaExperience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

Master's degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or Project/Program ManagementPrior people management experience strongly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.
00-$264,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
