We are in search of an exceptional Product Data Science Manager with specialized expertise in cross-channel ads measurement to lead our ambitious product initiatives in the retail media landscape.

Hoboken, NJ - San Bruno, CA - Los Angeles, CAHybrid in office environmentResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for our cross-channel ads measurement solutions including Marketing-mix modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, Sales Lifts, Ghost Ads, Incremental analysis, Casual inference.
Aligning with the overall business objectives and customer needsCollaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and analytics teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver measurable value to our clientsConduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in cross-channel measurement within the Retail Media spaceCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable product features and improvementsDefine and analyze key performance indicators that inform the success of products, using data-driven insights to drive continuous optimization and innovationEstablish robust metrics and analytics frameworks to evaluate product performance, drive continuous improvement, and justify product decisions with dataChampion a culture of excellence in product development, advocating for best practices in user experience, technology integration, and data privacyServe as the subject matter expert for ads measurement, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partnersMinimum QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fieldsMinimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Retail Media or digital advertising industryDemonstrated success in leading product lines from conceptualization to market launch and post-launch optimization, particularly in a fast-evolving industry sectorProven track record of developing and launching successful products in cross-channel ads measurement or a similar areaDeep understanding of the advertising technology stack, analytics platforms, and measurement methodologies, both online and offlineStrong analytical skills and familiarity with measurement methodologies and technologies used in digital and offline advertisingExcellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAgile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
