Create and install cables at sites as necessary.
Diagnose and repair Workstation, Laptops, and any agency electronic device.
Diagnose, repair, and replace mobile devices with knowledge of IOS, Android, and Windows OS Contact vendors with whom agency has business with when service are somehow disrupted and work with vendor to resolve the situation.
Install workstations and/or electronic devices as needed at locations.
Research and recommend equipment, services for advancement or streamlining of agency equipment and/or protocols Perform labor necessary to install or repair IT equipment at sites.
Capable of maintaining and/or improving network and network security of HOPES Domain Manage rollout and support of new software and hardware solutions including conducting training sessions as needed.
Develop new solutions utilizing latest technologies including Web based solutions and services.
Track client progress and generate relevant reports using assigned client tracking agency software systems.
Ability to use information provided to draw valid conclusions that show understanding and insight into situation.
Interface with management and vendors for selection and installation of timely and cost effective IT solutions.
Utilize an accurate and comprehensive record keeping system to monitor all technology related matters.
Maintain and update Agency asset inventory.
Qualifications AA, BA/BS in Information Systems and/or 2 to 3 years' experience in IT developing and implementing technologies Advanced computer skills, including server and data base application knowledge.
Recommended Skills Databases Information Systems Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Management Network Security Software Systems Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
