As a Maintenance Associate at Hudson Dorms, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our apartment buildings and its equipment.
Responsibilities:
? Support in ad-hoc tasks (scheduling, overseeing, and performing regular maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime and similar); ? Communicate with students on a daily basis on their maintenance requests; ? Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary;
Qualifications:
? Experience in maintenance management or related; ? Relevant technical education and equipment technical knowledge will be a plus; ? Knowledge of safety regulations; ? Creative approach to problem-solving; Job Type:
