Job Description As part of our team, you will guide our players by using your expertise of the Tipico platform and policies.
As a CS Rep your goal is to advocate for the needs of the customer to help us ensure a great experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key tasks and duties include:
Answering customer enquiries via Phone, chat or email based on schedule.
Understanding policies and timelines around customer deposits and withdrawal to provide players guidance when needed.
Understanding policies and timelines around KYC to provide players guidance when needed.
Understanding the Tipico Sportsbook and Casino application to be able to guide players on how to complete certain tasks.
Building rapport with our players and providing them with a friendly and welcoming experience.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree or a related field from four-year college or university (preferred but not required) 1-2 years of previous customer services experience in the gaming industry preferred but not required.
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills Strong attention to detail Patience Strong time management Ability to multitask Adaptability and flexibility Strong sense of humor and positive attitude.
