In this role, you will support the Recruiting/HRIS Manager and have the opportunity to learn about strategic sourcing, onboarding and hiring processes in the passenger transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintain applicant tracking information in the ATS and Excel database with information regarding pre-employment processes, approvals, and hiring status.
Work collaboratively with HR, Safety, Compliance, Operations hiring managers and assistants to ensure hiring process stays on track and applicants meet all pre-employment requirements.
Assist with recruiting and hiring process for corporate and regional office positions which may include:
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens Processing background checks New hire onboarding process Monitor Careers email box Handle incoming phone calls from applicants Prepare weekly reports for executive meetings Maintain files and documents in SharePoint and HRIS Assist with other human resources tasks and projects as needed Desired Characteristics:
Highly motivated with a sense of urgency Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Attention to detail Organized Process oriented Requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint Must be able to demonstrate basic Excel skills (i.
e.
navigating, formatting, and basic formulas) Familiar with PDF editing (Editing, organizing pages, form fill) The following experience is ideal but not required:
Experience with any ATS Experience with any online recruiting app Experience scheduling interviews Experience creating Excel Pivot Tables Academy is EEO Job Type:
