The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer patient phone calls - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Assist with order entry and inventory management -Check patients in and out - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
