We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess and prepare beverages.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in fast pace environment, we would love to hear from you.
Previous restaurant working experience is preferred.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive - Provide menus, give recommendations and take orders -Prepare Beverages on the menu like milk tea, smoothie.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or take orders - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments using the POS system
Experience:
