Verify material shipments against purchase orders and receiving reports, update and maintain inventory counts each time.
Coordinates with operations to ensure materials are available.
Performs periodic (Cycle Counts) and annual inventories of all stock materials.
Manages tool inventory and check out / check in of which employees are checking out and returning tools.
Maintains files with all vehicle documentation, including rental vehicles and equipment rentals used on jobsites.
Make small repairs to vehicles as needed, including oil checks, tire pressure checks.
