The candidate must:
-Have flexibility -Ability to work independently and within a group setting -Support the office goals and policies -MUST be well driven, multitasker, and work well under pressure - Dental experience not required MUST be willing to learn!
Responsibilities:
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints ? Patient relations, patient scheduling ? Provide information about our dental services ? Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns ? Document and update customer records based on interactions ? Coordinate with insurance companies regarding patient benefits ? Offsite office advertisement ? Ability to present patient treatment plans
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in dental office or other related health fields ? Ability to build rapport with patients ? Ability to maintain relationships with referring offices ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Positive and professional demeanor ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? CPR Certification required ? Bilingual is a plus ? Knowledge in Open Dental software ? Salary is based on experience Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
