Bilingual Payroll Specialist
SNI Companies is working with a data analytics company located in Hudson County, NJ who needs a Bilingual Payroll Specialist. Duties:
Manage Canadian semimonthly, monthly, and biweekly payroll processes. Prepare payroll submissions for outsourced providers, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls. Data entry for the Canadian payrolls. Review and coordinate New Hire Data submitted by HR for proper employee date, work location, & tax location data. Assist in maintaining accurate employee tax withholdings. Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure the processing of payrolls. Process special payroll payments. Complete Canadian statutory filings (workers comp, T4s, T2200, etc.) Contact provincial and local Canadian agencies to resolve filing issues. Ad Hoc reporting to support organization. Requirements:
Must be bilingual French and English 3-5 years of Canadian payroll and statutory experience

n Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
