Top Producing Real Estate Agent seeks a full-time experienced Transaction Manager for a stable, highly reputable real estate office in Hoboken, NJ. The incumbent will preferably have at least 2-4 years handling escrow files in a Real Estate office. This position requires knowledge of the Real Estate transaction process including reviewing contracts, logging contingencies, creating & routing disclosure packets, communicating with outside vendors to order inspections & reports, etc. This position will have full cycle transaction coordination responsibilities from inception of listing and/or fully executed contract through close of escrow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO;
Oversee files from initial contract to closing
Setup Showings
Perform Property Searches
Assist buyers with loan approvals
Assist with setup and marketing of listings
Provide weekly status reports to all parties in the transaction
Prepare CMA's and Market Reports for review
Coordinate closings, meetings, webinars, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Real Estate Agent
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College degree is preferred
2-4 years of Real Estate experience is preferred
Knowledge of the Real Estate transaction process is a must
General administrative experience is a must
Provide top-notch transaction coordination services to all clients
Communicate effectively with outside vendors to facilitate inspections & reports, etc. when required
Must be able to handle a high volume of files with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Must be detail-oriented, hold excellent verbal and written skills, dependable, strong organizational, time-management skills
Must be able to work independently, practice good judgment while maintaining poise and excellent customer service
Must be computer savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
NJ Real Estate license is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Candidate may be subject to a background check
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary is commensurate to experience
Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am V 5pmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
