Working in our Professional Development business as an International Rights Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the International Rights team based in Hoboken, UK and Asia. Your responsibilities will include: creating reports and marketing mailers, keeping track of material available on lead titles, providing information to our customers about permission to reuse interior art, entering new deals into department database. Support preparation for conferences and other key meetings. Correspond directly with international colleagues and customers about new title submissions, contracts, and permissions issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Prior office experience
Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid command of the English language, including spelling and grammar usage
Proficiency in a foreign language a plus
