Reporting to the Regional Director, the Global Account Manager (GAM) will be responsible for building new revenue and generating relationships with key target clients in all sectors. The majority of the activity will be focused on new business sales and, in some instances, supporting CrossKnowledge's local partners (eg: the American Management Association).
The GAM will be promoting both the industry-leading CrossKnowledge Solutions and the award winning Mohive rapid content development application.
Have worked in a leading e-learning/talent vendor either at a content editor, an LMS or Talent software vendor or in e-learning services, operating for large accounts
Have extensive experience in the e-learning and/or HR industry with a existing portfolio of clients
Have met/exceeded quota objectives in the past.
Independently identified, qualified, and closed new opportunities.
Responded to RFPs.
Built/maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders at C-levels.
Lead meetings and presentations with key decision-making personnel across the organization.
Worked with strategic and regional partners to establish mutual business relationships.
Worked within established guidelines to ensure that profit objectives are met.
Lead final contract negotiations with the customer.
Prepared regular and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities.
Provided leadership and industry knowledge to customers/prospects, and maintained an appropriate corporate presence in industry-related public conferences and tradeshows.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
