The role of the Social Communications Coordinator will support the implementation and delivery of the social media communications plan in co-operation with the Communications Campaign Manager in order to strengthen Wiley's profile with key stakeholders. You will be responsible to develop, maintain, and expand our presence and engagement with Global Research audiences on social media platforms,provide monthly metrics and reports using analytical and measurement tools such as Radian6 and Google Analytics, in order to continuously review and improve on metrics through testing and new initiatives. You will also be responsible for management and development of engaging editorial content on social media and blog platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions, creation of engaging collateral to support social media and blog activity such as videos, presentations & image sourcing,ensuring accurate information and messaging in line with brand tone as well as creating exciting content that inspires our online community, andliaising with other internal social media account managers to integrate social campaigns.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in social media or marketing communications.
Demonstrated experience in engaging and activating community groups.
Knowledge and understandingof managing corporate social mediatools, platforms and their users.
Innovative, creative and passion for digital space.
Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience of using Radian6 and Google Analytics.
Very well organized, detail oriented and a strong networker
