DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will operate across our critical sales/support and client interaction areas, and will rotate from function to function every 2-3 months until all areas are learned/mastered. Below are highlights of the specialties within which you will be working;
Product Support:
Under general supervision, you will learn how to work within the various products and determine and/or resolve complex problems with the product/service line(s). You will also interface with senior support representatives and in-house personnel to determine exact nature of the problem and work to implement the procedures with the customer. You will also document customer situations and communications, using accurate procedures, in the designated call tracking program.

High proficiency with MS Office
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum Bachelors Degree. (Required)
